If this is your New Year’s Resolution, then our blog is the one you need to follow. Not only do we have book reviews, commentary and other fun, insightful posts, we will also help you to keep your resolution by starting off 2011 with a BIG Giveaway! We, the booknerds, have read a lot of books in 2010 and we want to share our top 4 with you!
The books we chose to give away are all the FIRST in a series. What better way to start of a new year than to start with a new series or to start at the beginning of rediscovering an old beloved one?
Book #1: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. This is the book that connects all of the booknerds together. This is actually the book series that brought us all together and it is one of our most favorites.
Book #2: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by JK Rowling. How long has it been since you’re read the very first Harry Potter book?!
Book #3: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. This is a great series and it is still going! We have not yet reached the end of The Mortal Instruments journey and it is one we want more of it.
Book #4: Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. Who does not love this book? We may know the movie characters but do we really remember what happens in the book?
